About the GM Production (Coal) function: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the GM Production (Coal) will be responsible for the direction and management of all productions in site. Key Job responsibilities: » Monitor all mining contractors, follow up and report safety inspections or unsafe conditions on work, environment, and tools to ensure the production process runs safely » Plan and develop shift work activities and ensure their implementation is in conformity with the plan to support production achievement » Review and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of using heavy equipment in supporting the process and achieving production targets » Manage and ensure the accuracy of routine reports related to the mining production process » Implement safety, health and environmental (K3L) regulations in the work area To succeed in this GM Production (Coal) function, you must have good knowledge in conceptual, scoping, management and leadership abilities expertise.
