JOB DESCRIPTIONMain Job responsibilities:Strategy development, planning & execution capacity » Utilize a broad knowledge of communication practices by participating in the development of and executing the global, regional communication strategy and annual plans for corporate communications » Responsible for advising and counseling on complex communication planning for the Cargill enterprise and function with intent of protecting and enhancing Cargill’s reputation, supporting Cargill’s business goals, as well as increasing employee engagement » Utilizes a substantial knowledge of communication practices to supports the overall organizational readiness by aligning communication strategy with change and education activities and identifying opportunities for collaboration to use resources efficiently, may execute various change and education activities » Implements and executes on team’s priorities for reactive and proactive media work, ensuring they are in line with corporate strategies and coordinate globally, regionally for focus and alignment. » Proactive mitigates complex reputation and brand issues in the internal/external marketplace and may participate on global regional and issues management team » Develops and implements the long term editorial strategy and day to day operation to enterprise, regional, BU level communication channels. Builds content to help employee to be engaged and informed advocates of the company. » With limited oversight, drives the enterprise, regional, BU level communication channel’s editorial calendar to align with Cargill’s corporate and internal communication strategies. Internal/External Communication & Business Partnership » Advises function leadership abilities team member representatif on complex communications approaches, sensitive business initiatives, and incorporates core value into significant operation language » Under the direction of more senior member of the team, excutes complex communications work by acting as account representative for a medium size corporate practice area » Counsels BU and function partners on Cargill’s brand, reputation and visual identity guidelines » Builds and maintain relationship with new and existing, key external network contacts, maintain a list of authorized spokespersons for Cargill in region, provide media training as needed. » Uses broad knowledge of business to represent Cargill on internal/external stakeholder issues. » Regularly provides feedback, interact and coordinates with communications colleagues, as well leadership abilities team members to ensure consciousness of significant issues to Cargill in order parts of the world and consistency in messaging. » Using a broad knowledge of communication practices, collaborates with leverages a global network of communicators and other communication channel managers to ensure content is fresh and significant COMPANY OVERVIEWa multinational palm oil companyKeterampilan:
