JOB DESCRIPTIONJob requirements:» Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, or any related field » Accustomed to working in low and high voltage. » Able to handle Mechanical (engine), Electrical (electricity), and Plumbing. » Business expertise, responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers » The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures. » Teamworking expertise to work cooperatively and contact with people at all levels » The capability to negotiate with, and persuade others. » Good diagnostic and problem-solving expertise. » The confidence to respond positively when under pressure. » Able to operate the generator manually / automatically. » Understand the elevator and escalator system, fire alarm system, AC (Air Conditioner) system. » Minimum practice 1-3 years in the same field. Listing description » Supervise everyday working of Operation department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs. » Responsible for parking attendants and housekeeping malls. » Understand and carry out tasks as operational staff/ managers in conformity with applicable SOPs. » Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. » Works with Operations Manager and other staff members to ensure proper Preventative Maintenance and related record keeping and logs. » Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response. » Manage the department work schedule to ensure proper preparation and adequate staffing everyday and for special events. » Manage the everyday activities of each department to include appropriate proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of all public areas, restrooms, etc. WORK LOCATION View larger map / directions View larger mapAddress2121 Boulevard Gajah Mada #01-01, Lippo Cyber Park, Lippo Karawaci.
