JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the PositionProduct managers are responsible for guaranteeing the success of a specific product or product line. These extreme doers are product experts with a powerful capcapability to make strategic decisions located on market and competitor analyses. Prior to production, they create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release. Product managers bridge the gap among the different departments involved in prosperously bringing your product(s) to market, including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer support. Their ultimate goal is the creation and launch of products that meet consumers’ needs — growing market share and success. Responsibility » Act as a technical support for the commercial teams » Follow up customer visit and reports of technical and sales people » Gather, analyse, interpret and present market, product, competitor and industry data to enable development of the forward strategy » Create and communicate development plans to ensure that business objectives are optimised » Link and match project pipeline to industry focus, prototype developments and portfolio capabilities Qualifications Ideal candidate has practice in FMCG production (as he/she needs to coordinate a lot with the factory), product development (not the technical side, more on idea's) and key account management (as this is the main PIC for OEM clients) » Bachelor degree in food technology, chemical, engineering, chemistry, or pharmaceutical » Basic in English skill both oral and written » 7 years of practice ingredients company / FMCG » Progressive practice in marketing or market research » Multitasking, neat and organized » very good communication skill to coordinate with clients and internally between departments & self starting » Strong negotiation and presentation expertise COMPANY OVERVIEWA World-Class Gummy Candy producer, manufacturing broad-ranged superior quality Gummies with the highest international standards.
