About the Senior Manager (Quantitative Surveyor exp) function: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior Manager (Quantitative Surveyor exp) will play a key function in the asset management and business expansion team's continued development and success in the Jakarta office. Key Job responsibilities: » • Leading a Commercial Team to support company business for commercial functions (including Pre and Post Contract Administration; Contractual risk management; Collections; Dispute Resolution etc..); • Reviewing commercial terms & conditions of client's contract and support to sales team in minimizing the commercial risk for the business in-take; • Conduct internal costs reviews for large orders to ensure that the project is executed according to project time line & costs incurred are within or below plan costs, which includes reviews with Project teams; • Closely monitor on the financial performance of the projects and prepare and pursue with extension of time and/or monetary claims whenever is necessary; • Prepare progress claim and valuation of variations, negotiate with client and settle on the final account; • Ensure timely billing to maintain positive cash-flow for the projects; • Support the tender review and execution of contract documentation process; • Ensures compliance to internal controls & integrity of data; • Implement processes to improve Service levels & Clients' (Internal & External) satisfaction whilst still satisfying the company's guidelines & policies. To succeed in this Senior Manager (Quantitative Surveyor exp) function, you must have sales practice in channel sales with a minimum of seven years' practice preferably in the real estate products industry. Key Requirements: » • practice in Commercial Terms and Conditions review and familiar with local standard form of contracts; • capability to be personable and tenacious; • High level of professional integrity is required; • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Legal Studies and/or significant Engineering discipline and at least 10 years of practice with contract management, and financial analysis function, with at least 5 years in the capacity of manager and leading a team; • Strong problem solving, risk and opportunity management skills; • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
