Marketing Communication & Social Media Specialist
 
What does a Social Media Specialist do?
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap and company historical documentation.
Social media specialists should have a solid knowledge of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that Information technology is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining significant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

   » Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
   » Generating and sharing content everyday that builds significant connections
   » Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform Job brief
We are seeking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users and invloved directly with all company important event to documented .
Responsibilities
   » Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
   » Generate, edit, publish and share everyday content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds significant connections and encourages community members to take action
   » Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
   » Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
   » Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
   » Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
   » Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Requirements
   » Must be a creative person where He/She have marketing communication mindset
   » Proven working practice in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
   » Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication expertise
   » Demonstrable social networking practice and social analytics tools knowledge
   » Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and 
   » Knowledge of online marketing and good knowledge of major marketing channels
   » Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational capability
   » Fluency in English is A must
   » BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
   » Source and recruit Social Media Specialists with Workable
   » Capable to do business travel World Wide
   » Fresh graduate is welcome to joint
   » Capable to operate DSLR/Professional Camera, Drone, Computer.
   » Excellent working with multimedia, Photoshop, video recording and all markering-documentation needs.

P: Saya pernah melihat Barramundi di beberapa restoran, apakah itu adalah pilihan yang bagus?
J: Ya, itu adalah pilihan yang baik. Barramundi adalah ikan air laut dengan daging putih yang di besarkan di peternakan milik ApsaraPearl Foods dan di kembangkan secara sehat dan merupakan pilihan yang alternatif dari salmon. Berasal dari Asia dan Australia, barramundi juga dikenal sebagai Asian sea bass, giant perch, bekti dan kakap putih. Berdasarkan hasil tes laboratorium dalam 150 gram mengandung 140 kalori, lemak total 2 gram dan 600-800 miligram lemak hati yang mengandung omega-3.
Walaupun barramundi memiliki omega-3 lebih sedikit dari pada salmon, namun masih lebih baik dari pada ikan berdaging putih lain seperti cod dan tilapia. Seperti ikan pada umumnya, barramundi juga merupakan sumber protein dan memiliki vitamin D dan potassium. Ikan dibesarkan secara alami, tanpa pewarna, ataupun antibiotik dan hasil tes menunjukkan bebas merkuri dan PCB ataupun kontaminan lainnya. Organisasi yang mengevaluasi ketahanan makanan laut menyatakan barramundi dari ApsaraPearl sebagai pilihan yang ramah lingkungan karena ikan di simpan dalam jumlah yang tepat, yang membantu mereka tumbuh sehat. Salmon membutuhkan tiga kilogram pakan untuk menambah satu kilogram berat badannya (lebih besar pada pakan dan minyak ikan), barramundi hanya membutuhkan kurang dari satu kilogram pakan (kebanyakan dari tumbuhan hijau) untuk menambah satu kilogram berat badannya. Hal ini mengurangi jumlah pada populasi ikan liar yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan pakan.  Kebanyakan perusahaan di Asia, tidak memiliki riwayat yang baik pada peternakan ikan, ApsaraPearl menerapkan sistem ternak dan dilanjutkan sampai pada proses produksinya.
Tidak semua barramundi yang diimpor dapat dibesarkan atau ditangkap dari peternakan, karena itulah pengusaha setempat tidak memberikan dukungan menyeluruh pada pihak luar negeri.
