The Customer Service Team (Team Leader + Representatives) is responsible to communicate and service its customers. As the voice of the company, the Customer Service Reps’ function is to ensure that our users can get information in a timely manner with the best practice possible.
Job responsibilities:
   » Professionally handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from customers (chats, emails and voice);
   » Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs resolve customer issues;
   » Educate customer regarding the company’s products and services;
   » Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making;
   » Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers;
   » Demonstrate the company’s culture through both behavior and attitude;
   » Performs other tasks or responsibilities as assigned;
   » Coordinate internally with other teams such as operations, production, sales, marketing and business.  
   » Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Management and/or significant discipline;
   » For Team Leader: Minimum 3 years of practice in customer service function, with minimum 2 years of management of managery function;
   » For Representatives: Minimum 1 year of practice in customer service function;
   » capability to establish rapport with customers and can easily collaborate with others;
   » Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays;
   » Analytical with effective negotiation and problem-solving expertise;
   » Excellent Bahasa Indonesia language expertise, both written and spoken;
   » Good expertise of written and spoken English a plus;
   » practice in using mobile apps and computer software;
   » Be willing to work in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan.
