JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the function is to manage, monitoring and reviewing Operation capacity planning to optimize the productivity.
 
Listing description
   » Managing, monitoring and reviewing Operation capacity planning to optimize the productivity.
   » Create/ invent strong and reliable analysis that support and help Operation to produce better result.
   » Create/issue a better MIS/Reports that can ease Operation in running the operation, such as to alert Operation whenever trend becoming better/ worse.
   » Make sure all the reports are ZERO discrepancy.
   » Make sure to do the reminder payment, apart from call reminder that done by Operations (by SMS, Letter), this to ensure customer payment as earlier as possible.
   » Review, analysis and create an effective strategy to reduce the number of losses and increase the number of revenue/ payment.
   » Review department cost. Requirements:
   » Minimal Bachelor Degree from Reputable University.
   » Minimum 3-year practices at the same/ related of job field.
   » Strong in the sense of number and calculation.
   » Master in all MS Office tools.
   » practice in operating SAS programming
   » Strong in analysis of data/number
   » Able to translate data into information.
   » Required expertise: Collection MIS practice, Analytic & Numbering Skill
