About the function: 
 
The Customer Service Manager will assist our customer/ game player through email, chat and telephone support.
The manager also need to do everyday reporting and analysis that gathers and provides valuable player feedback to our company's game.  
Manager has to work well in a fast-paced, open environment where change is constant and adaptation is a must.
