JOB DESCRIPTION

   » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
   » At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Required Skill(s): Finance, Accounting, Reporting
   » Preferably Staff (non-management & non-manager) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. REQUIREMENT
·         Accountancy or book-keeping qualification, with proven knowledge of & practice in this area
·         practice of managing and controlling significant budgets
·         Excellent knowledge of financial procedures and processes, with excellent numerical & analytical expertiseets
·         practice of supporting and co-ordinating business planning processes
·         Knowledge of regulatory environment across significant countries
·         Working knowledge or training in procuring and managing contracts
·         Proven capability to manage multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail
·         Problem solver
·         Excellent proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications
 
JOBDESK
·         Financial Accounting Management Manage and supervise all financial operations across the region, ensuring efficient and effective control systems and reporting mechanisms are in place:
·         Ensure regional working practices and procedures comply with all corporate and statutory requirements, including those which are region or country specific. Ensure all regional staff are aware of these requirements and receive appropriate training.
·         Provide information to both the financial planning and financial accounting teams in Jakarta as required in a timely manner ensuring quality and accuracy of all information
·         Maintenance and management of ledgers – creditor’s & debtor’s
·         Management of cash flow and cash flow reporting
·         Management of significant banking & e-banking across the region, including up-to-date bank mandates
·         Administration of all credit card & cash expenses for regional staff
·         Provide analysis in relation to financial and business reporting for regional activity
·         superviseing credit checks on future customers and vendors
·         Reporting of any suspected or actual fraud or irregularity (e.g. breach of policies or procedures) to the Head Office in Jakarta
·         Payroll
·         Manage payroll for all regional staff in conformity with local tax
·         Ensuring that accurate accounts are administered and up-to-date
·         contact with payroll providers to ensure staff are paid in an accurate and timely manner
·         Deal with issues, errors and amendments in a timely manner
·         Undertake period checks and audits
·         contact with corporate HR operations team as required
