JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a Tax adjunct Manager to take on a vacant function. In this job you will be responsible for the taxation function of the company including but not limited to report, audit, monthly lodgement, and legal documents.
About The function
This position will be a critical function as he or she will be the responsible person for timely taxation calculation and lodgement in reporting to the Senior Manager & CFO; coordinated all tax related transactions and accounting flow of recording as well as building tax reporting system; and to prepare tax planning strategy with the goal to fulfill all tax obligation properly according to applicable laws and regulations.
 
Requirements
   » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Tax (preferred) /Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent
   » Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00), have certificate of Brevet A & B (preferred)
   » At least 3 years of managery practice in similar position is a must
   » Have practice working as tax agent in tax consultant is an advantage
   » Strong and comprehensive expertise of tax law and regulation
   » Understand and master the rules of taxation, tax planning and implementation
   » Able to handle and resolve tax issues
   » Expert e-SPT period and annual (individual and Company)
   » Hands on in using E-SPT and E-FAKTUR
   » capability to understand and supervise the accounting cycle and the audit process
   » Having good commitment on responsibilities
   » Creative and responsive in online/offline communication
   » Attention to detail, well-organized, achievement-oriented, meticulous, strong analytical, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem, committed with a sense of urgency
   » Self starter, fast learner, strong leadership abilities, can do attitude, good administration skill and good interpersonal expertise
   » Willing to work extended hours/holiday/weekend to meet project requirements
   » Able to work independently, under required time and pressure
   » Strong Computer expertise, Ms Excel in particular, accounting software, SPT & e-faktur is a must
   » Good english skill Responsibilities
   » Responsible for tax reporting, tax planning and tax compliance
   » Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
   » Ensure tax compliance with tax regulations for all taxes within time frame
   » Provide planning (short term & strategic), consulting and be a subject matter expert in tax matters
   » Prepare, count, pay and report all tax calculation monthly and yearly  
   » Conducting corporate transactions related to aspects of taxation
   » Maintain tax reconciliation, tax balances on general ledger, includes preparing tax provision and deferred tax
   » Manage and coordinate tax audits
   » Prepare all documents required for tax audit
   » Prepare other tax documents required by company
   » Monitoring and controlling all company tax transactions
   » Control and request the tax invoice serial number
   » Receive and check tax facture
   » Identify and mitigate tax risk
   » File all the company tax documents
   » Keep all tax data neatly
   » Keep update of any latest tax regulation
