A rapidly expanding FMCG retailer is seeking talented Organisation and Learning Development Manager in Jakarta to take on a newly created function. In this job, you will be responsible for all Organisational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D) related functions.
About the Organisational and Learning Development Manager function:
Reporting to Head of People Organisational Management, in this business-critical function you will be responsible for driving Organisational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D) across the FMCG company's.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Manages the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes and initiatives
   » Conduct organisational needs analysis and manage the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensures all employees have the skill, expertise and practice to execute their functions to the highest standard.
   » Network effectively across organisational structure, building relationships across the group
   » Identify, own and manage risk arising from strategic and operational OD and learning and development plans, projects and initiatives
To succeed in the Organisational Development and Learning Development Manager function, you will need the capability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
   » At least seven years of practice managing all stages of the learning and development cycle: design, delivery and evaluation
   » Broad practice/expertise of leadership abilities development best practices with significant practice involving the design and development of first time programs
   » Excellent project management, planning and analytic skills, capability to influence through data-driven recommendations
   » capability to develop creative solutions that address significant business needs and support the culture and environment
   » Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
