JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for ambitious digital professionals to join our team! The Digital Marketing adjunct Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the website as well as managing the day to day running of Lotte’s social media. A passion for digital marketing is essential, along with commercial astuteness, database analysis and communication expertise. The Digital Marketing adjunct Manager is responsible for helping the organization make data-driven business decisions to accelerate our advancement within the retail industry, improve revenue and customer retention. You executes marketing plans, promotional campaigns and communication programs, working directly with internal and external design team members and appropriate departments to meet deadlines and ensure project success.
 
Job Job responsibilities:
   » Manage and maintain/update content on the Lotte’s website to ensure timely content and an online presence that accurately reflects our mission, membership practice, and breadth & impact of programs and services.
   » Create landing pages, workflows and page assets to support online promotion and drive lead generation, event responses and other data capture.
   » Track website traffic and user behavior and report on website analytics on a monthly basis, also responsible for tracking appropriate analytics for measurement of special campaigns and promotions.
   » Manage content calendars and content posting across all social media accounts, monitor and respond to comments, track and report on analytics and insights monthly.
   » supervise execution of digital ad campaigns through social media tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, Blog.
   » Develop promotional e-blasts as needed and e-newsletters according to weekly/monthly schedules.
   » Create monthly promotional email schedule and coordinate collection of content from Marketing Manager, Event agent and store executives for e-newsletters and e-blast promotions.
   » Work with external agencies to develop, monitor and optimize lead nurturing and email drip campaigns.
   » Create dynamic and engaging content in appropriate formats for digital channels in coordination with third party graphic designers or internal graphic designers.
   » Photos and video -Take and collect photos and video of programs and events, member testimonials and impact stories as needed. supervise professional photo shoots as needed.
   » Video editing: Edit in-house and professional video to create timely promotional videos.
   » Test effectiveness of new channels and call-to-action vehicles to drive action, leads, memberships, donations and event participation.
   » Performs other tasks and/or responsibilities as apparent or assigned.Job Requirements:
   » Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
   » Minimum of 3 years practice as a Digital Marketing agent.
   » Advance work with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
   » Excellent computer expertise, including advanced Excel, advanced PowerPoint, and MS Office.
   » Excellent organizational and communication expertise (written and verbal), and excellent relationship building expertise.
   » capability to quickly lgain and adapt to new marketing tools and software.
   » Proficient in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter marketing tools. Certification a plus.
   » practiced in Website content management systems, particularly Wordpress.
   » Familiarity with Google Adwords and SEM concepts.
   » Google Analytics and other analytics programs.
   » Photoshop or other design software practice for editing and creating graphics.
   » Video editing.
   » Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving expertise, and capability to work autonomously.
   » Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
   » Must be able to make data-driven decision to calculate required fulfilment quantities located on demand, product, and market analysis.
   » Excellent leadership abilities capabilities with strong management expertise.
   » Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive.
   » Strong Presentation, Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling expertise.
   » significant cross-functional practice (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc).
   » Willing to work in Pasar Rebo, Ciracas, East Jakarta.
