It all started from a family business that was established in Surabaya in July 1976. Antika Raya began the journey in the automotive industry as the main distributor for Tuff Kote Dinol, a well-known Automotive Rust Proofing supplier in East Java.
 
Through dedication and a vision to grow and develop, Antika Raya expanded the business to become a vehicle body manufacturer in 1979. The Aluminium and Steel Cargo Box was the initial product for commercial vehicles to provide transportation needs for trading companies in East Java.
 
The journey has brought Antika Raya to realise that Human Resource is one of the defining factors in achieving the vision to give satisfaction to customers.
 
Antika Raya continually improves the quality of its employees through internal training programs or collaborates with training agency. Implemented programs are also reviewed through regular internal meetings where every aspect to improve employees’ quality will be taken into consideration. These measures are taken so that each employee can give their best performance and attitude towards customer satisfaction.
 
Antika Raya’s employees are the asset and partners of the business and their wellbeing has been one of the company’s main attentions.
