Tawaran Pekerjaan: Sr. Digital Marketing Consultant:


Account Management (40%) Be the primary point of contact for selected key-clients and develop long-term relationships Manage projects within client relationships, working towards achieving client goals while concurrently prioritizing Ydigital goals Manage specialized projects executed with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Ensure the timely and prosperous delivery of our digital services Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Work with internal departments to forecast and continuously track significant metrics Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting parallel continuing deadlines Keep records of all client transactions and key communications to ensure transparency Arrange invoicing for client payments Supervise at least 1 Junior Digital Marketing Consultant in performing all account management activities Support assigned Junior Digital Marketing Consultant(s) in everyday activities and key decision making supervise team member work for quality and guideline compliance 2. Ydigital Marketing / New Sales (30%) Work with Internal Ydigital team to create content and strategy for Ydigital Branding Execute Ydigital marketing via marketing automation tools such as Hubspot Communicate via Email/Phone with new potential leads to qualify and assess project potential Attend needs-discovery meetings and gather significant information needed for solution-creation process Work with internal team to create proposal decks 3. Team & Personal Growth (20%) Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and key learnings Complete evaluations of employees Support department head and perform management tasks when manager is absent or out of office Assists department head with new team member training Update digital expertise by participating in educational opportunities; online module trainings; maintaining personal networks Perform everyday time tracking to ensure accurate recording of resource allocation and project profitcapability 4. Cross-Departmental (10%) Weekly alignment with Finance team to ensure updated revenue forecast and timely invoicing payments Weekly alignment with Production/ Performance team for effective resource allocation located opn forecasted deliverable deadlines Develop key learnings database with the strategy team to ensure expertise from each project is accessible to all Ydigital members Work with management to continuously improve and achieve efficient work process Strong management skill, can handle multiple project in once Strong analytic thinking skill 5+ years of practice with account management Have practice in digital / consulting business Fluent in Bahasa & English Proven communication & persuasion skill Motivated to lgain & experiment Good in client relationship expertise about technology update is a plus
