As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist,  you will take on a client facing function, managing programs and executing tactics to help clients grow their organic search KPIs. You have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of on-page SEO, including keyword research, page optimization, technical audits, competitive analysis, and reporting insights. In past functions you’ve had practice presenting findings and ideas to key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and execution. Ideally, you’ve worked in a team environment and have practice assigning tasks to meet the individual strengths of your colleagues. In short, you’re focused on executing effective tactics that will grow clients’ businesses.

Job responsibilities:
   » Own the day-to-day interactions with multiple clients
   » Manage the SEO campaigns on assigned accounts
   » Present findings to clients, including desired action items
   » Develop high-level link building strategies
   » Inncrease your own and the agency’s knowledge in the field of SEO
   » Find opportunities to improve the team, the company, our processes, and our clients, and take initiative to make them happen. Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, unafraid to challenge the status quo.
   » practice developing, managing, executing, and measuring SEO programs for medium-to-large brands and ecommerce websites
   » Analyze the performance of campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
Requirements:
   » 1+ year of practice focusing on SEO with a strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
   » Working knowledge of common SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) – and the capability to interpret the output of those tools in a way that conveys business meaning to clients
   » Intimate familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms (Omniture, Coremetrics) – and going beyond mere KPI reporting to interpret trends and recommend courses of action
   » Presentation expertise, including PowerPoint deck building and comfort speaking in front of high-level stakeholders
   » Highly consider if candidates have some practices from these following: content strategy, link building, ecommerce optimization (eg: Demandware, Magento, WebSphere, etc.)
   » Fundamental knowledge of HTML, practice with CSS, JavaScript a plus
   » Strong practice with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, SEOMoz, SEMrush, Compete etc.)
   » Excellent knowledge of search engine criteria / algorithm updates (Panda, Penguin, Pigeon)
   » Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting tight timelines
