JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities:
   » Improve customer service practice & create engaged customers.
   » Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
   » Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
   » Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
   » Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
   » Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
   » Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
   » Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Requirements:
   » Preferably have working practice as a customer service manager or adjunct manager.
   » practice in providing customer service support.
   » Excellent expertise of management methods and techniques.
   » Working expertise of customer service software, databases and tools.
   » capability to think strategically and to lead.
   » Strong communication skill & customer service orientation.
   » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
   » At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Required skill(s): management expertise, leadership abilities expertise, computer, social media.
