Due to organizational THRIVE  Project,  Yayasan Plan International Indonesia is seeking  2 dynamic staffs  to be located in Kupang  &  Mataram     for the position:
Admin and Finance WASH Project – Contract located
Responsible for finance and admin activity for WASH Projects in NTB Province : Water forWomen (WFW) and WINNER (WomenandDiscapability Inclusive WASH and Nutrition) Project. Provide assistance and support to the WINNER/WFW Project Manager in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution stated goals and objective. Report directly to the WINNER Project Manager and coordinate with THRIVE Finance/Admin Coordinator, Finance/Admin agent in Local NGO Partner level and other Country Office Finance Team. Serves as principle point of finance and administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies. Provide specialist finance and administrative service as appropriate in such area as office management, public/community relations, project staff, general business administrations; and/or development and relation, depending upon the functional are supported. 
Main Responsibilities Assists the WINNER PM in the management of Project operations, especially for documenting budget flow and usage. Provides significant updates to the Finance, Administration & Operations of of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Raises important issues and concerns as well as legal aspects of Field operations of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. contacts with local NGOs, agencies and third parties in the field in relation to financial and administration activities as deemed necessary for of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Maintains communication flow with Country Office Team to ensure documentation and follow-up on pending Field financial issues of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Overall supervision of the operations of finance and operations unit in the Field, including local NGO partner of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Manage the preparation of the project budgets of WINNER project. Forecast cash flow positions of WINNER project. Monitors cash flow, prepares fund request to facilitate monthly transfer of funds needed by the field of WINNER project. Monitors financial performance of the field in terms of set budgets (operating expenses, grants, etc.) of WINNER project. Prepares/reviews and analyses budget monitoring reports, gives advice to the rest of the Project Manager and team to take corrective actions, as appropriate of WINNER project. Prepares/reviews and analyses budget monitoring reports prepared by local NGO partners, gives advice to the rest of the Project Manager and team to take corrective actions, as appropriate of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Processes and facilitates all payments or fund transfers of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Ensures that expenditures are authorized and approved, and supported by adequate documentation of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Ensures that Plan International Indonesia funds are utilized and accounted for located on generally accepted accounting principles and Plan International Indonesia standards of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Checks payment requests against approved budget lines of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Follows-up acquittal or liquidation of advances and ensures no advances are given unless the previous advance is acquitted/ liquidated of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Ensures that financial transactions are properly inputted in the SAP application/system of WINNER project. Ensures that transactions are properly coded, and if applicable, expense allocations are properly made of WINNER project. Ensures timely completion of the transaction records, sends to Country Office on the day after the closing date of WINNER project. Prepares various financial reports and analysis required at/from the Field of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Ensures that accounting records are properly maintained and documents are properly filed of WINNER project. Ensures that Field Office expenditures are valid and in line with approved budgets of WINNER project. Obtains explanations for / investigates variances of WINNER project. supervises and administers the day-today activities of the office; follow the policies, procedures, and systems of Plan International Indonesia which ensure productive and efficient office operation of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Organize and facilitates meeting, conferences and other special event; coordinate and attends meeting, and participates in discussion as appropriate of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Assist Project Managing on preparing letters, contract, agreement and other document as needed by the project located on Plan International Indonesia policies of WFW  and WINNER project in NTB. Ensures that Plan International Indonesia and donor procurement policies are implemented in the field of WINNER project. Coordinates with the Country Office Team the project office’s needs, and any issues and actions involving HR, Admin and logistics of WINNER project. Together with CO Admin staff, conducts assets inventory and physical count of WINNER project. Participates in project staff meetings of WFW and WINNER project in NTB. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the WINNER PM and other working relation on Country Office.
suitable education Bachelor’s degree in finance administration or accounting, or equivalent business. 2-3 years practiced in finance and administration.  Skill in budget preparation, implementation, tracking and analysis, and reporting. capability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Records maintenance expertise. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Conflict resolutions and/or mediation expertise. Demonstrated capability to maintain confidentiality. Word processing and/or data entry expertise. Organizing and coordination expertise. expertise of general accounting principles and internal audit process. expertise of administrative policies and procedures as applied to public institutions. Able working independently with minimum supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline. Advanced organizational expertise with the capability to handle multiple assignments. Strong communication expertise. Strong English expertise. Fast learner and adjureliable to circumstances around in order to create harmony team-work atmosphere

Plan International didirikan pada 1937 oleh wartawan Inggris John Langdon-Davies dan pekerja kemanusiaan Eric Muggeridge menyusul perang saudara di Spanyol yang membuat jutaan anak menderita. Jose, seorang anak korban perang ditemukan John L.Davies. Dibaju anak ini tertulis pesan dari ayah Jose, ”Ini Jose. Jika kota Santader telah jatuh, saya pasti telah terbunuh. Rawatlah Jose ini.” Sejak itu, pesan kemanusiaan menyebar diseluruh Eropa dan menggerakkan masyarakat untuk membantu anak korban perang. Kerja Plan terus bergerak ke Asia, Afrika dan Amerika untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak-anak terlantar.
Saat ini Plan International bekerja di 21 negara donor dan 51 negara program di seluruh dunia. Di negara donor, staf Plan menggalang dana untuk kesejahteraan anak di negara program seperti Indonesia.
Plan International bekerja di Indonesia sejak 2 September 1969, berdasarkan Nota Kesepahaman dengaan Pemerintah RI. Awalnya Plan International bernama Foster Parent Plan International (FPPI). FPPI pertama kali memulai programnya di Yogyakarta hingga phaseout di tahun 2001.
Pada 1978, FPPI menyebarkan sayap ke pantai Sulawesi Selatan termasuk kota Makassar, Gowa dan Takalar. Pada tahun 1980an, Plan International bergerak ke Jeneponto dan Bantaeng dan akhirnya ke Selayar pada 1997. FPPI meninggalkan Sulawesi Selatan pada 2007. Setelah itu, FPPI masuk ke wilayah Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Bergerak ke Bima, Dompu dan akhirnya Sumbawa. Pada awal tahun 90an FPPI dikenal sebagai Plan International Indonesia, dan merambah ke wilayah Jawa Timur, di Ponorogo, Pacitan dan akhirnya Surabaya.
Dari awal tahun 90an hingga 2000, Plan International Indonesia juga bekerja dan membuka kantornya di Jakarta dan Bogor. Lalu, bergerak pindah ke kabupaten Kebumen, Grobogan dan Rembang. Plan International Indonesia juga turut serta dalam penanganan korban bencana seperti di tsunami Aceh (2005 - 2009), Yogyakarta (2005 - 2008), Garut dan Padang (2009).


Dimana kami bekerja

Saat ini, Plan International Indonesia bekerja di 4 propinsi yaitu Jakarta, Jawa Tengah, NTB dan NTT. Plan International memiliki kantor program pengembangan masyarakat jangka panjang di 3 pulau yaitu pulau Timor, pulau Flores dan pulau Lembata. Sementara terdapat lebih dari 7 kabupaten dimana Plan memiliki proyek air dan sanitasi, pemberdayaan ekonomi, perlindungan anak, dll. Plan International Indonesia juga menanggapi upaya bantuan darurat akibat gempa bumi, tsunami, banjir dan letusan gunung berapi. Pada 2005 – 2009 Plan International melaksanakan kegiatan tanggap darurat dan rehabilitasi , sementara 2005-2009 Plan juga membantu korban bencana gempa Yogyakarta, di 2009 Plan International membantu korban bencana di Padang dan Garut; di 2010 Plan Internatioanl bekerja untuk pengungsi di Gunung Merapi dan mentawai.
Plan International Indonesia bekerja di lebih dari 300 desa. Program yang dikembangkan Plan bersama dengan anak,keluarga dan masyarakat setempat berupaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak dan masyarakat dampingan dalam hal kesehatan, lingkungan, ekonomi, mitigasi bencana dan perlindungan anak.  Di Indonesia, terdapat sekitar 40,000 anak sponsor. Merekalah duta-duta bagi pembangunan di desa mereka. Mereka berkomunikasi dengan para sponsor mereka di luar negeri dan menceritakan hasil bantuan para sponsor melalui Plan di desa mereka.
Cara kami bekerja
Program Plan dilaksanakan melalui pelibatan aktif anak dan masyarakat, pembentukan dan dukungan terhadap organisasi masyarakat, kemitraan bersama pemerintah setempat dan organisasi non-pemerintah yang peduli akan hak-hak anak, dan advokasi keberlanjutan program. Pendekatan Plan International dikenal sebagai pendekatan Pengembangan Masyarakat yang Berpusat pada Anak (CCCD).

Program Kami
Perlindungan dan Partisipasi Anak
Memastikan hak anak akan perlindungan dari segala bentuk kekerasan. Program ini memperkuat system perlindungan anak yang berbasis masyarakat dan berkontribusi dalam inisiatif global dan regional untuk belajar tanpa rasa takut, pencatatan kelahiran, dan pencegahan pernikahan dini.
Pengasuhan dan Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini
Memfokuskan pada pemenuhan hak tumbuh kembang anak usia 8 tahun ke bawah termasuk anak dari kelompok yang termarginalkan. Program ini berupaya meningkatkan status gizi dan perkembangan anak, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan orang tua/ pengasuh, meningkatkan akses pelayanan pengasuhan dan pengembangan anak usia dini serta mempromosikan pendidikan inklusi untuk anak dengan kebutuhan khusus.
Air, Sanitasi dan Kebersihan Lingkungan
Meningkatkan pemenuhan hak akan air dan sanitasi yang lebih baik untuk anak-anak di komunitas yang rendah sumber dayanya. Program ini untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap system penyediaan air bersih, desa yang bebas buang air besar sembarangan dan mempromosikan praktek cuci tangan pakai sabun.
Pengelolaan Risiko Bencana
Mempromosikan hak akan perlindungan dan bantuan pada saat situasi darurat dan membangun ketahanan anak-anak serta masyarakatnya untuk menghadapi bencana dan perubahan iklim. Program ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kesiapsiagaan masyarakat, mitigasi dan respon yang tepat waktu terhadap bencana alam dan perubahan iklim.
Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Kaum Muda
Menguatkan ketahanan ekonomi kaum muda khususnya perempuan muda. Program ini memfasilitasi kaum muda dengan pelatihan ketrampilan hidup dan kewirausahaaan mikro sampai pemberian lapangan kerja formal sehingga mereka mengalami transisi yang mudah dari masa sekolah ke masa kerja.
