Junior Account Executive- Jakarta, Indonesia - Sephora Do you have a passion for cosmetics, a positive attitude, loads of energy with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills along with superior sales savvy? This may be the perfect job for you!This position is responsible for sales achievement in a submarket within a territory Singapore The ideal candidate possesses capability in training, artistry, event planning & execution, business analysis, calendar management, & store-level inventory management. Existing productive relationship with Sephora and Ulta desired. What you will do? Generate retail sales and elevate partnerships in designated territory via the following: + + Basic Makeup Skills required + Retail cosmetic or beauty sales practice + Sales goal achievement + Effective calendar management + Business analysis, creative problem-solving and in-store inventory management + Delivering impactful seasonal education trainings to our retail partners + In store event planning and execution + Artistry and selling skills skills + Building relationships with retail partners at store, district and regional level + An capability to ?be the brand? and act as a memorable ambassador at all touch points + Work hours will be 12h00 to 20h00 + Work days are Tuesday to Saturady + Basic makeup skills are required THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT: How will you achieve these goals? Retail Sales + Achieve seasonal sales goals as determined by Exec Director, National Field Sales and FSD through store visits for training, events, business meetings, and through planning, communication and follow up + Plan and strategize to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives + Create monthly calendar to optimally support focus doors and sales achievement Training & Events + Support, activate and drive all corporate education and event initiatives and programs as directed by Director, Education and FSD/AE + Train all retail associates, inter-sell associates and freelancers on both Too Faced Cosmetic products and the appropriate selling skills needed to achieve sales goals + Partner with retail partners to effectively train and execute events as per retailer and brand expectations; track and monitor post training and event sales impact Sub-market Management + Actively drive and support business in focus stores + Weekly review of sales in focus stores with AE and FSD. Strategize and collaborate to drive results + Prioritize everyday activities to activate corporate directives for optimal results + Build and maintain positive working relationships with Store leadership abilities and other key influencers + supervise freelancer scheduling and invoice submission in coordination with AE/FSD Communication + Communicate with AE/FSD at least once weekly via status call. Prepare updates as directed by AE/FSD + Communicate regularly with all focus stores within market + Alert FSD of all out of stocks as they occur + Communicate corporate initiatives, successes, press activity and in- store updates and animations to stores in a timely manner + Complete and communicate special projects and analysis in a timely manner, as requested by FSD, CSD, Exec Director, National Field Sales Budgets + Manage and adhere to all freelance and travel budgets as defined corporately and by AE/FSD THIS IS WHAT YOU?RE MADE OF: What you? ve got?. + Bachelor?s degree preferred + Cosmetics/Beauty retail practice required, including artistry, training, event, and business driving capability + Excellent written, oral and communication skills + Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills + Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook + Licensed driver with clean driving record + capability to travel to serve the business + Must be punctual and reliable + Creative sales driver with passion, energy and love of the beauty business Job ID2018- 1397 CategorySales - International TypeRegular Full-Time We are an equal opportunity employer.
