JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Job responsibilities:
   » Ensuring smooth implementation, execution of projects and immediate support for on-ground challenges
   » Training clients about all the features of the product to ensure the maximum utility & value add
   » Collaborating with various clients on daily/weekly/monthly basis to resolve their queries in terms of all aspects of the product
   » Providing product training sessions to the clients on regular basis
   » Communicating significant business information, providing structured feedback to senior management and making product suggestions internally
   » Monitoring service levels and acting as a point of contact for all complex problems, resolving the on-ground issues effectively and efficiently 
   » Making sure of client sustaincapability along with identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities
   » capability to sustain in an environment full of field challenges Job Appropriate qualifications:
   » Bachelor's degree, with 2+ years of practice in handling field operations at ground level
   » knowledge of operational challenges in SaaS organization
   » hands on practice with Ms. Office (especially Power Point, Word, and Excel)
   » candidate should have flexibility & fast adaptive nature with a positive approach towards completion of assigned task
   » be a problem solver at heart, willing to take up any task with a genuine interest in learning by doing
   » Confident and dynamic personality which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humour, is a plus
   » capability to meet aggresive deadlines and work under continual pressure
