Monitor receipt of documents related to requests from customers

Coordinate with customer and internal regarding every tech support request, complaint status, and any request of services
Coordinate with customer, internal, and principal regarding claim warranty/failure analysis product
Coordinate with customer regarding PO/WO compliance
Record & update any tech support schedule
Provide customer satisfaction reports
Archiving data/documents related to request
