JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently looking for qualified Project Manager function, who has a strong skill in accounting and/or taxation to join our team. You will be responsible in leading the company’s projects relating to accounting and taxation.
 
You will be presented with various opportunities to build your career with one of the fastest growing Startup in FinTech Industry, focusing on Financial and Accounting Technology, and you will be a part for the day-to-day management of the company’s operation activities.
 
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth knowledge of how technology can help us achieve our business goals.
 
Job Description 
1. Help the company in advising and formulating strategies for Accounting and/or Tax project .
2. Develop SOP for related accounting and/or tax process, communicate, and implement to related partners.
3. Research and identify problems and potential for improvement in continuing and existing projects.
4. Training and mentoring sales team to achieve company’s sales target.
5. Monitor the execution and progress of project activities,
6. Reports on plans and results to directors and stakeholders in a concise manner.
7. Performing public face to face presentations to potential audience.
8. Identify priority Strategic Partner, negotiating, implementing the agreement, and managing the partnership.
9. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
10. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
 
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax Background is preferable
2. Proven work practice as a Tax and Accounting project manager
3. Required Skill (s) : Accounting Knowledge, analytical skill, leadership abilities skill, financial software knowledge and proactive, e-spt, brevet A dan B, SAP. Excellent presentation expertise and communications expertise
4. Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
5. capability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
6. You must be comfortable in chasing the leads and closing deals
7. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tool
8. Outgoing personality, well organized person, passionate & driven person
9. Have 2 - 3 years of significant practice in tax and accounting, working partnerships, business development or sales in e-commerce, or UKM.
10. Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure and hunger for appreciation/feedback
