The main duty of a corporate secretary is ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors. As corporate secretary, your day-to-day will vary with different tasks. You will interact with lots of people inside and outside Agate. We expect the corporate secretary to be comfortable in handling lots of tasks in detail, as well as taking the initiative to ensure the execution and follow-up take place.  
   » Assuring strategic and operations management rhythm runs smoothly within Agate: weekly, monthly, semesterly, as well as yearly, including: 
   » Annual meeting of Shareholders – including proxy statements 
   » Managing management & board meetings 
   » leadership abilities team meeting, etc. 
   » Manage content and accessibility of corporate–level information inside Agate  
   » Ensuring the availcapability of corporate records such as minutes of meetings, management report and support PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle 
   » Implementing the decisions of the Senior leadership abilities team 
   » Senior leadership abilities Secretary – supporting Senior leadership abilities team in completing efficient and excellent administration tasks  
   » Become Agate representative in case of Senior leadership abilities unavailcapability in attending certain events 
   » Ensure compliance obligations under significant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met (e.g. stock exchange)  ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS  
   » Able to work full-time at Agate HQ, Bandung, Indonesia 
   » Available to travel occasionally for business trip purpose 
   » Position is open for femalebelow 30 years old  REQUIREMENTS  
   » Demonstrate adaptcapability in fast-paced nature of start-up company 
   » Demonstrate a high drive and availability to learn 
   » Hold at least a bachelor’s degree of either business studies, communication sciences, international relations, management, secretary, law or equivalent 
   » Possess a minimum of 3 years practices in related area. 
   » Good leadership abilities expertise and a great team player 
   » Good communication and interpersonal expertise 
   » Excellent managerial skill, especially on task control and project management 
   » Excellent attention to detail 
   » Excellent in drafting, writing activities 
   » Strong analytical skill, neat, discipline, and timely manner 
   » Fluent in English, both oral and written 
   » Familiar with Information technology tools (at least proficient with office software) 
   » Passion for gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
