Talent Acquisition Specialist
South Jakarta, Indonesia
 

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, this function will involve working directly with Hiring Managers to determine recruiting needs and devise the right approach to secure the best talent against defined criteria.

KEY results
   » Be an exemplar of the Kantar Recruiting Framework by undertaking structured briefing sessions to fully explore the context of recruiting assignments identifying key results in function and the connected capabilities needed to deliver them to produce an RMM agreed with hiring managers. 
   » Drive recruiting projects to prosperous outcome through guiding and advising stakeholders in terms of available talent versus ideal candidates while providing responsive, efficient service balanced with consultative, expert-led approach to recruiting
   » Deliver recruitment for entry to midlevel functions by utilising a wide variety of sourcing channels, maximising networks, working efficiently and applying creative yet practical thinking to fully support the business on quality of process and candidate assessment
   » Adhere to the systems and processes of the Talent Acquisition group including recording all recruiting workflow and documentation on Taleo and submitting reporting data within given timelines
   » Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent at Kantar by sharing your knowledge and adapting new practices
   » Undertake ad-hoc projects as required to deliver Talent Acquisition to Kantar
 
CAPABILITIES
   » Recruiting practice in a results driven in-house/ agency setting
   » Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
   » Direct sourcing capcapability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
   » Proven capability to influence and effectively manage stakeholders
   » practice recruiting across functions and business units
   » Demonstrable track record of delivering against recruiting targets
