Another service channel was launched on September 12th 2018, right on Asuransi Astra 62nd birthday, called Garxia (Garda practice Intelligent adjunct) the first virtual adjunct in Indonesia with chatbot technology that can serve the entire process of purchasing vehicle insurance starting from premium simulation to payment. Garxia can be found in Garda Mobile Otocare ver 4.0 and integrated with Garda Oto Digital.
