JOB DESCRIPTIONSpesification :» Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Food Production » Must have 5 years practice as Catering Manager at international Oil & Gas company project or similar field with minimum 3 projects, of which 2 projects were in remote locations (with capacity at least 500 POB). » Have good expertise in food production and good skill in logistic planning, managing production and catering management. » Have excellent expertise in Western, Chinese and Indonesian food, including its recipe. » broad, practical expertise of international standards for food handling (e.g. HACCP), to include storing, preparing, serving, and disposing. » Must demonstrate good expertise of safety, health, and hygiene tasks in the kitchen and camp accommodation areas including special requirements for health facility cleaning » Have a good expertise of catering industry HSE and Food Hygiene standards » Have expertise about Human Resources » Able to make a report and administration » Fluent in both spoken and written English.
