JOB DESCRIPTIONOverview:Our client is manufacture company which located at Bogor, West Java. They produce spare part for machinary product. The adjunct Manager, Production Planning Control (PPC) & Inventory is primary responsible for the coordination of production workflow in Manufacture Requirements: » Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Logistic Management or in significant fields. » Minimum 5 years’ practice in a similar position, especially in a manufacturing company. » practice in using MRP systems will be an added advantage. » Good expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). » Prior practice in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage. » Main tasks: » Responsible for coordinating the flow of work and direct materials within or between MANUFACTURE departments according to the everyday and weekly production schedule. » Review and distribute production work loads and align shipment schedule » Responsible for the inventory process, including defining of department strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and the reduction of aging materials. » Creates and reviews production schedules and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization. Ensures production, work and shipment schedules are maintained and distributed accordingly. » Analyze production data and prepare reports for production statuses and raw material inventory. This includes working with department managers and teams on work progress and flow of materials to ensure everyday production requirements no ware achieved. » Analyze and prepare production reports as required by Management. » Interact with shop floor management on a everyday basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting Departments. » Any other tasks within the Supply Management Department as assigned by Management.
