JOB DESCRIPTIONRequirement :» Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. » Required language(s): English » At least 10 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Preferably manager/Coordinator specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent. » The placement will be at Remote Site Area with Roster Schedule. Responsibility : » Ensure standards are maintained in all housekeeping, and laundry tasks in areas such as, but not limited to, residents and visitors rooms/houses/apartments, offices, workshops, public areas (ie: walkways & paths, toilets, shower ablutions etc) conference/meeting rooms, site clinics, satellite units, laundry processing areas and collection/distribution points, security posts, gardens/grounds, all the green space as per SOW, waste and garbage areas. » Conduct departmental induction for all employees, in addition to on-the-job and continuous training of all assigned employees. » Ensure everyday attendance of all staff, report any absenteeism on attendance sheet and make any necessary staffing adjustments to ensure all work is completed within time and without hindrance. » Conduct everyday inspections of housekeeping and laundry processing standards, in conformity with company policy and carry out corrective actions immediately, submitting completed checklists to the Manager. » Prepare cleaning schedules for all areas and ensure compliance is maintained. » Prepare the cleaning material requisitions for designated work areas and ensure budget levels are maintained within an identified target range as approved by the Management team. » Conduct and record weekly/monthly inventories of departmental cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment. » Coordinate all cleaning and laundry activities with designated staff in a timely manner in conformity with company policy and ensure that all ‘check-in/out’ rooms are prioritized. » Report all maintenance problems immediately using the correct format and report back to the Manager upon completion of the specific maintenance work. » Assist the department head in the preparation of the employee performance appraisals of all subordinate staff in conformity with company policy and timeframes. » Manage adequate storage of supplies to safeguard against shortages and loss. » Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time by a senior manager as the need arises. i.e. Party set up & supervision, staff party or best employees ceremony. » Maintain a professional and pleasant working relationship with all superiors, peers and Client personnel at all times and comply with all Aden Services core values, policies and procedures.
