JOB DESCRIPTIONListing description» Prepare an internal memo related to operational needs. » Set memo and outgoing mail numbers. » Submitting the Approval Form to the Finance department relating to operational needs after offering goods by purchasing. » Collecting data and reports on operational activities such as making reports on building utilities, electricity, water and telephone. » Distribute documents and correspondence in a timely manner. » Manage all operational activities and handle complaints. » Assist in managing costs and operational budgets effectively and efficiently and ensuring mall operations run smoothly. » Ensure the team work effectively and efficiently. Job requirements: » Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, or any related field Min GPA 3.00 » Able to handle Mechanical (engine), Electrical (electricity), and Plumbing. » Business expertise, responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers. » The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures. » Teamwork expertise to work cooperatively and contact with people at all levels. » Minimum practice 1-2 years in the same field.
