JOB DESCRIPTIONListing description» Build relationship with tenants to assist in development of marketing campaigns. » Build relationship with tenants and coordinate support from tenants for mall activities, promotions, campaigns and mentoring activities. » Tenant relations must coordinate with the Head Office of Lippo Malls Indonesia Marcomm regarding all major activities. » Continue to help tenants to ensure operational support is completed by managing tenant issues related to complaints, etc. » Design and conduct questionnaire in order to evaluate management performance if Information technology is at par with tenant’s expectation and satisfaction. » Support to follow up every event held by Marketing Communication Advertising & Promotion. » Identifying and ensuring the operation standards set by Mall management are communicated to all tenants and implemented. » Manage the budget for customer service support needs effectively and efficiently Job requirements: » Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public relation or any related degree. » Good knowledge of business process of Mall, Policy and Procedure as well as business issues of the Company. » Good interpersonal expertise. » Able to make decisions and able to effectively deal with stress. » Possess or quickly develop negotiations and conflict resolution expertise. » Good Computer Skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral and written).
