Job overview:
 
Develop a strategic approach to human resources the execution of these strategies related to Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, People & Organization Development, Polices & Procedure and other key HR topics.
 
Job tasks and Job responsibilities:
 
   »Employee Relation Management - Build employee relation across levels and build a positive. Manage a whole range of employee relation issue. Create programs design to ensure the fair treatment of employees and effective communication between employees and managers.
   »Industrial Relation -   Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests, Leading of negotiations between the organization and employees & development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
   »People & Organization Development - To ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a professional and effective way such hat the very best candidates are appointed and inducted to become prosperous. To develop and enhance strategies to ensure that every employee is developed to their maximum potential so employee can make the best possible contribution to company. To plan and develop the suite of training and development program which appropriate for each type and level of employee. Ensure that the appraisal process is aligned with the strategic needs and polices.  To ensure that the appraisal is completed across all department.
   »Polices & Procedures – Develop, plan and evaluate HR Procedures and policies for the ensuring department is operating effectively and efficiently. 
 
Appropriate qualifications:
   »At least 5 years of overall practiced in HR Management, must practiced in Industrial Relation
   » Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university seeking a degree of Law, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
   »Thorough expertise of Labor Law
   »Having full practice in Labor Union Management
   »Interpersonal expertise  – the Industrial Relations manager often plays the function of counselor, mediator, and connector between the workforce and management, so strong interpersonal expertise are essential to identify the needs of employees and management
   »Problem Solving expertise  – it’s up to the Industrial Relations manager to devise solutions to issues that arise in the workplace
   »Negotiation Skill  – the Industrial Relations manager present information and bargain with managers and employees to reach contract terms that please both sides
   »Communication expertise  – healthy employee relations depend on the flow of information through the company. The capability to listen and understand people’s concerns is important for this position, as is the capability to provide answers to complex workplace questions
   »Analytical expertise  – as the link between employees and managers, the Industrial Relations manager need strong analytical expertise to assess situations and make accurate observations in the workplace
   »Applicant must be willing to work in Daan Mogot/Balaraja Tangerang

PT Intera Lestari Polimer is a company manufacturing masterbatches and polymer compounds since 1990 that serve plastic manufacturing industry countrywide.
Later on, in 2011 also produces bioplastic compounds, named ENVIPLAST®. ENVIPLAST® was introduced to the market as environmental friendly bio-located pellets and biodegradable film/bags.
We work harmoniously to provide organic products and services to our external and internal customers in terms of consistency in quality and relicapability, in response to the local and international customers' needs and growth, while ensuring continuous innovations in biopolymer technology and improvements as well as the safety and health of our employees in their work environment and also care of nature conservation.

PT Intera Lestari Polimer previously is a part of several business units of PT Inter Aneka and were spun off from the PT Inter Aneka to focus their operations and strategy.
 
Certification of ISO 9001:2015, achieved in 2017; the 5S concept, implemented in 2007; the OHSAS 18000:2007, achieved in 2010, and the ISO 14001:2015, granted in 2017 have solidified the company in becoming a reliable partner in the industry.
