JOB DESCRIPTION» Work closely with clients, end-users and internal project teams, from pitch through to delivery, ensuring that quality UX is maintained all over» Working with target oriented manner on supporting the sales team to reach the sales target » Work alongside our art directors and web designers to help them understand and translate clients’ requirements, opportunities and success criteria into prosperous design » Work closely with internal teams to scope projects, with specific responsibility for creating a work plan for UX processes designed to deliver against the client’s needs » Conduct Stakeholder Interviews, lead Workshop Strategy, lead Problem-Framing, conduct Research and Analysis, develop Problem Frameworks, present to Clients and Internal Teams, support the use of Frameworks by client or internal teams and develop Strategy Recommendations/Road Maps » Initiatively identify Research Objectives and Approach, lead Development of Tools, supervise Research, lead Development of Documentation, Analysis and Recommendations » Work closely with design to assist in refining processes and practices with regards to user research, design planning, and uscapability studies » Participate in new business pitches and proposals » Responsible to guide and ensure the more junior members in creative to help improve their expertise and design results Persyaratan: » Must have a showcase of strong website design portfolio » 3+ years of working practice in UI & UX design » Excellent visual design expertise with thorough knowledge in User practice » Proficient in utilizing design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign » Solid practice in creating wireframes and site maps » Strong conceptualization capability and strong visual communication capability » Strong knowledge in layouts, graphic fundamentals, brand development, typography, limitations of the web, and industry best practices » capability to deal with problems creatively and effectively » capability to communicate and work with team members to deliver the best quality of work WORK LOCATION View larger map / directions View larger mapAddressMenara Citicon Lt.15 Suite A - B.
