JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Desription:» Conduct and deliver a comprehensive training program for bank staff and existing BOs » Create activity and training plan schedule that will be delivered to the branch and PDL Sales Force by monthly basis » Build strong relationship with bank staff by conducting the refreshment training program, forum group discussion, and directly involvedin the sales clinic, brand visit and join visit to ensure the sales process run effectively and properly in the branch, branch meeting coordination, etc. » Hand in hand with Area Sales Manager to achieve full year target » Assist Bank Training Unit Head and Dept. Head to create sales data analysis to get the training recommendation located on the TNA » Prepare training tools, training materials, and training evaluation form before training conducted. » Assist Bank Training Unit Head and Dept. Head to develop an impactful training module located in the TNA in her / his respective region » Create training evaluation report level 1, 2, 3, and 4 » Arrange and scheduling the training program as requested by Panin Bank in her / his respective region » Create and submit a business activity and management report by weekly basis as requested by her / his manager » Create the material presentation for Monthly Trainers Meeting (data sales achievement vs, GAP, Training Delivery, Training Plan, and Training Activity) » Meeting coordination with Sales Team, and Bank Partner regarding the activity and training program delivery, training activity plan and sales result located on academy side.
