JOB DESCRIPTIONListing description• Manage and supervise the operational Hotel Business activity to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals. • Implement SOP and safeguard quality of operations (internal & external audits). • Effectively managing and organizing our customer in order to ensure that client service standards are maintained and continuously improved. Planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling to find solutions for operational in order to meet customer demand. • contact and maintain good relationship with customer. • Planning budget, monitoring costs, and developing improvement actions in terms of cost. • Coordinate planning of Department Heads and adjunct Managers with regard to time-tables, work schedules, employment of employees within the different services, and workforce. • Prepare monthly financial reporting to Head Office. • Ensure an adequate administration for outgoing and incoming invoices also for the payment of invoices. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. • At least 4 years’ practice within the hotel industry in Hotel Management. • Excellent written English and copy-writing expertise. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • practice with several hotel operation systems. • Skilful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks. • Highly managerial capacities, organized, and efficient individual. • Pro-active and result driven Flexible. • capability to adapt vision and proven flexibility. • Willing to work overtime or in holiday if necessary. • Willing to be placed in Papua.
