JOB DESCRIPTION

As a System Engineer, you will be working with our Finance Account to deliver #happier customer practice. Act as an ambassador for the World Best Online Trading brand in our Customer Relationship Centre. He/She will be responsible for working with team to ensure that service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and answering user queries on the platform.

You are also required to execute these job functions:
●     Act as a communicator between Core Information technology team and Support members, also directly to the
customers if required;
●     Respond to Support’s Level 1 technical issues related to product and Services:
provide problem analysis, resolution and escalation as needed;
●     Maintain Information technology related internal expertise base (including inventory data) and service
documentations for customer support and Information technology internally;
●     Provide reporting data in conformity to MY office Management and other Offices and
Departments needs;
●     VPS provisioning and lifecycle management.
●     Work as a monitoring and dispatching hub for most of the services. Develop & execute
regular check procedures that should include, but not limited to:
- MT4
- Backups
- CDN health checks
- DC health checks
- SMS health checks and success rates
- VPS health checks
- VoIP health checks
●     Solving production related incidents in a shortest terms.
●     Working with abstraction control tools: CESI, SMON, Rancher, manager etc.
●     Escalation of incidents to a significant members of L3 in CY.
●     Incident Documentation
●    Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
 
Who are we looking for?
● Bachelor degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
● 2-3 years of practice in a similar positions (IT Operations, Information technology infrastructure) in the same area.
● Good practice in Linux, Windows and Mac OS.
● Excellent written and verbal communication expertise in English.
● Good interpersonal expertise.
● Attention to detail as well as a good team player, who shares problems and solutions, proactively offers to help others.
● Shift working hours.
● expertise in Cloud Computing is an advantage.
