JOB DESCRIPTION

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
   » Responsibility C & B team to provide all HR services, income review payroll, bonus, incentive, employment benefit program and claim reimbursement.
   » Manage end to end payroll related matters including tax, benefits BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
   » Comparison and review payroll and benefit located on management regulation. 
Requirements:
   » Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting with minimum 2 years of practice in similar responsibility
   » Have previous practice working in hospitality industry will be advantage
   » Target-oriented, possess good flexibility/adaptcapability, pay high attention to details and systematical/organized
   » Strong interpersonal skill and communication expertise to any levels
   » Good command of English (active and passive)
   » Good Excel and Word
