Key Job responsibilities: » Manage one or more teams in servicing and/or manage team to meet goals within the budget » Monitor, research and evaluate technological advances in the industry to identify appropriate alternatives for enhancement of current protocol » knowledge of custodian tax » Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made » Update on regulations provided by regulatory bodies » These activities include communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events processes » Lead activities in tax processes include regulatory implementation, client communication, and tax audits » Manage process, risk and control of corporate action and tax processes To succeed in this Head of Asset Services function, you must have great leadership abilities practice, capability to motivate your team and have the capability to improve business processes.
