JOB DESCRIPTION» Serve as legal advisor and strategic business partner to the management team by providing counsel on issues such as labour & employment, regulatory, privacy, antitrust, advertising/promotional matters, as well as local public procurement practices» Provide continuing legal advice and support on general commercial matters and transactions » Provide regulatory and compliance advice » Providing alternative recommendations with proposal of changing in laws and regulations to management in order to respond to legal issue » Generating contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to variety of business activities and providing support in litigations and handling police matters in order to ensure legal compliance. » Represent the organisation in legal proceedings before court, government agencies, or other authorities » Mantaining contact with external parties » contact and prepare materials for external legal counsel so that they are well prepared to represent the organisation in legal proceedings » Applies highly developed specialist expertise and expertise in supporting and advising the organisation in complex legal aspects such as trade and commercial matters, labour, and corporate issues Persyaratan: » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent. » Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English » At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Required Skill(s): legal advisor, regulatory and compliance advise, contract and agreement » Preferably Manager/adjunct Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent COMPANY OVERVIEWConsumer goods companyKeterampilan:
