JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Manager position is responsible to lead a team to achieve and drive the growth of the market share across various channel and markets. This position is expected to deliver the short- and long- term business target and developing account relationships to grow the business.Job Description • Create and develop a clear business sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term goals • Achieve overall sales growth and hit sales target by prosperously managing the sales team • Deciding on the most effective sales and channel strategies in order to maximise sales execution • Annual budgeting and investment plans, sales forecast, and designing overall sales strategy followed by implementation and executing plans • Managing, recruiting and providing training, and development to the sales team members and facilitating career developments for team members through regular coaching and mentoring • Identifying emerging trends, consumer, market, competitor and being able to refine and execute the strategies • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, approve budget expenditures • Analyse sales pipeline and lead data to deliver periodic reporting to the management by providing key sales report and insights. Job Qualification • Minimum 6 years of working as a sales manager and practice leading a sales team • practice in selling through B2B or HoReCa sector • Strong sales planning and practice in problem solving, issue resolution, capability to work under pressure, attention to detail and able to multitask • Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written as well as business acumen communication and presentation expertise • Background and practice in coffee industry is preferred WORK LOCATIONAddressWisma Nugra Santana, Jl.
