JOB DESCRIPTIONA Day In The Life as a Customer Solutions Analyst» Demand Capture: To manage all demand capture failures within defined service level agreement » Order Filter: To do coordination with internal and external Customer to resolve any exception related with demand capture. » Order Fulfilment: To do coordination with internal and external customer to ensuring Customer order fulfillment and can propose mitigation actions due to Out of Stock risk of existing and future customer orders.
