This is a key function for the organizations as you will be part of a team dedicated to develop commercialize products. Ultimately you are part of a drive to ensure productive and smooth manufacturing business processes • Manages the company's steadfast growth in terms of HR, operations, IT, and government related issues • Create a cohesive ties between the BODs and management team • Manages key stakeholders with NGOs • Giving strong and clear guidence and directionns to the team • Ensure that production and target must be met Profile You are expected to have a unique blend of technical and managerial expertise combined with high levels of leadershp. Information technology is also crucial that you conduct yourself with high integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style.
