   » practice in leading a large size forestry operation min. 30k Ha Planted.
   » Able to manage Forestry Planning and Execution.
   » Having good technical skill in plantation operation.
   » Having good leadership abilities skill.
   » Outstanding analytical and problem solving expertise (Able to synthesize complex problems into root-causes and translate to action items).
   » Willing to be located in Sumatera or Kalimantan.
