JOB DESCRIPTIONTelemarketer Job tasks:» Identifies prospects by reading telephone and directories and other prepared listings. » Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. » Influences customers to buy services and product of B2B Information technology Products such as a server, storage, and software by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. » Sends promotion or brochures thru email to the prospects. » Improves the tele-script is needed. » Be proactive in doing the telemarketer’s function. » Works to achieve the target. » Completes the database if any data which are outdated. » Writes phone conversation reports using Microsoft Excel. » Follows up the prospects proactively to achieve the target. Qualification: » Bachelor degree of English Literature or Education. » Basic Microsoft Excel. » Good communications expertise. » Detail oriented.
