JOB DESCRIPTIONtasks and responsibilities :» Performs predictive and preventive maintenance as guided in the Preventive Maintenance programs which includes lubricating, cleaning, adjusting, calibrating, disassembling, assembling & wiring equipment » Performs independent corrective and routine maintenance as scheduled on Work Orders. Produce work plans and prepare tools in conformity with Work requirements. If necessary consult with manager and/or Engineering for technical advice » Dismantling, re-assemble, repairs, commission and troubleshoot of equipment » Available at all times to execute emergency maintenance as required with a tight schedule and working conditions in order to support Production activities. Stay overnight and long hours at Plant as deemed necessary within regulations » Follows all plant and personnel safety rules and enforces same when required, ensures the safe condition of personnel and plant equipment, and the maintenance of high standards with regard to Control and Instrumentation work activities » Perform multi-skill activity as deemed required which are outside the scope of qualification and may include Electrical or Mechanical, Rigging, Scaffolding, Welding, Machining, Painting, Carpentry and other expertise » Implement Quality Assurance Procedures and Technical Instructions related to the maintenance of the plant and actively supports and participates in the use of the Quality Management System » Conduct inspection and fault finding locally and diagnose equipment problems and abnormal conditions. Troubleshoots systems and devices utilising plant drawings, instruction manuals, and related software for instrumentation controllers and uses common sense, expertise, practice and expertise to locate, identify and rectify malfunctions » Performs operational functions such as isolating electrical and mechanical plant; returning plant to service; adjustment and testing of plant under terms and condition of the Plant Permit Procedures » Perform Low Voltage (LV)/High Voltage (HV) electrical switching. Performs operations to place electrical circuits in and out service. Renders electrical circuits and mechanical equipment safe for PTW under the terms and conditions of Plant Permit Procedures General Persyaratan: » The candidate should have a University degree (S1) Engineering, Technical Diploma (D-3) or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Control) » A minimum 3 years plant operations practice and/or process engineering expertise and should have a significant accredited degree with adequate training supported by power plant practice at a similar level in power station operations or maintenance, or in a similar industrial environment. » Have good oral and written English communication expertise.
