JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description :
- Classify Customer's complaints and compile Information technology into reports
- Maintain communication with all partner and end customer thru online and offline
- Maintain E-commerce and all plaftorm assets
- Provide accurate and comprehensive written analysis and responses to customer complaints.
- Negotiate and offer the best solutions for both company and customer.
-Analyze problems and give suggestion to the management for improvement.
 
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree Mass Communication
- At least 3 years working practice as Customer Relation/Complaint Specialist/Customer Care/Customer Service
- Have a good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
- Have a good Communication and organisation expertise
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
