JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.
 
Responsibilities
   » Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth knowledge of the product and the documentation requirements
   » Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
   » Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
   » Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
   » Create and maintain the information architecture
   » Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
   » Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
   » Manage updates and revisions to technical literature Requirements
   » Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
   » Minimal frash graduate or 1 year of technical practice as a technical writer
   » Proven working practice in technical writing of software documentation
   » capability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
   » capability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
   » Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
   » Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
