JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :
   » Drafting Agreement, Letter And other Correpondence
   » Analyze and make bilingual agreement (Indonesia - English)
   » Filling Legal Documents
   » Update any regulation to business activities
   » Understand in arranging of foreign labor licensing
   » Uderstanding & having good competencies in gandling legal administration, Preparing legal letters & cooperation agreements
   » Dealing with case or handling complaints related to Customer
   » Providing legal documentation/legal advisory/legal opinion with regard to the business activities of the company
   » Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts/agreements and other legally binding documnetations  
​Qualifications :
   » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
   » Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
   » Fluent in English both spoken and written
   » At least 4 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Required Skill(s): Legal Documents, Legal Administration, Legal Corporate, Legal Analysis, Legal Drafting, Legal Agreement
   » Preferably manager/Coordinator specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
   » Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting and legal review
   » Good knowledge and comprehension on low subject such as corporet law, property low regulation, contract negotiation & preparation
   » Prosess strong negotiation and comunication expertise
   » Detail oriented and strong analytical expertise
   » Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good persentation, communication & interpersonal skill
   » Have good leadership abilities and able to work independently eith minimum supervision
   » capability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
   » A Personable manner, strong leadership abilities and supervision
   » Able to work under pressure and on tight schedule
