JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description» Understand the crewing needs of various types of offshore vessels and the certificates required. » Recruit fleet personnel with due regards to regulations (STCW, internal regulations, QHSE manuals. manning agreements and service contracts, etc) and operations requirements. » Ensuring all crew documents and certificates are up-to-date as per regulations. » Ensure all administration and reporting are kept up-to-date;personnel files, crewing database » Ensure all accurate and timely approval of accounts and expenses for reimbursement. » Manage outstanding matters regarding relieves of fleet personnel and administrative requests. » Update reporting tables related to KPI's. wages, training » Take action on company's discipline and grievance procedures. Information technology is the most reliable tug and barge operator in Kalimantan with tugs and barges of standardized design and specifications, enabling flexible and efficient deployment. PSS also operates some of the most productive Floating Cranes designed to produce an output of 20,000 tonnes per day.
