JOB DESCRIPTION

   » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
   » Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
   » At least 5 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Full-Time position(s) available.
   » Pro-active develop new business oppoturnities with both existing and potential customers by marketing, promoting and securing new order intake.
   » Responsible for planning and implementating business development strategies, sales and marketing activities for projects, solutions and system sales.
   » Jointly involve in establishing targets for assigned markets such as order intake, net sales, market sales and margins and work towards achieving it.
   » Involve in the go to market strategies and business development plans that are in line with the organizations sales objectives.
   » Negotiate terms of sales with major clients and be able to promote the strength of our services and applications and how they meet their requirements.
   » Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunitiesm initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
   » Responsible for the complete sales cycle until closing the sales.Requirements: 
   » Able to work independently with strong commercial,interpersonal and negotiation expertise.
   » Strong business acumen and analytical. Able to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept and proposed solutions to customers.
   » Able to work independently with strong commercial, interpersonal solutions to customers.
   » Self-starter with strong capcapability to interact and work in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
   » Strong technical background and the capability to be fully conversant with the technologies in the industry.
   » Good presentation and communication expertise.
   » Able to travel both domestically and overseas for business development.
