JOB DESCRIPTIONDescription:» Provide responsible supervision and control for the Ocean department activities » Maintain high level of skills in all areas of Customs Regulations and other governmental agencies » Aggressive negotiation of rates and evaluation on the effectiveness of the ocean carriers » Prepare and analyze budgets, expense reports and forecasts for the department » Organize the structure to insure excellent customer service and profitcapability » Provide pro-active customer service for all clients handled by the department » Promote excellent quality service to our customers & be the best in the business » Prepare and analyze budgets, expense reports and forecasts for the » department » Work with the whole Ocean team to establish business plan & goals to meet the challenges ahead.
